If on arrival your order appears to have been tampered with, damaged or opened, do not accept the shipment.
If your shipment is missing a product, or your product was damaged in transit, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt with a photograph of your shipment so we can assist you further.
As a food product, we cannot accept returns.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before the order is processed. If the order is processed or has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
If you reject a COD order, we will not be able to offer you COD service on subsequent orders in the future.
